If you are looking for a work environment where you will be an integral part of the team and are experienced in retail/event/wedding floristry, this may be the position for you. We are an expanding Wedding and Events Company and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED FLORIST to GROW our dynamic and fun team!

Your responsibilities will include: Floral design, shared management of sales, client inquiries, customer service, and consulting. Work completed in a productive and efficient manner. Shared management of the office inquiries and confirmation of all weddings (training provided).

Setting up weddings and events on weekends will be an integral part of the role. Travelling Sydney wide and occasionally to regional areas.

You will work closely with the team and are responsible to the business owner/team leader.

The position is casual with the opportunity to become part/full time, commencing at 3-4 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, as business requires 7:00am to 7pm ( typically a 7.5 hour shift). You also must have a full driving license, with the ability to drive a van being an advantage.
