SPRING into a new creative pursuit!
Why starting your Floristry study in September has lots of positive benefits.
Often, we look to spring to start new journey’s or clear out from the dark days of winter. The days are starting to get longer, and we are feeling re-energised as spring begins to bloom.
What better way to start anew than to pursue your passion of working with flowers and enrol on a floristry course.
Spring is a great time of year to be part of the floral industry and here’s why -
Bountiful blooms – spring through to summer is one of the most delightful times of year in the floral year. Delicate scented blooms are abundant, and our amazing native Flora is truly at its seasonal best.
Wonderful weddings –the energised days of spring or summer are truly the highlight of the wedding season, filled with romantic blooms and designs.
Exciting events – So many events on the Floral calendar sit through spring and summer, such as David Jones Spring Show (a must have for the flower lover!). Melbourne Cup, many flower festivals and shows such as Floriade in Canberra or Tulip Festival in Victoria and of course the lead up to Christmas.
At PSF we offer flexible study options so, depending on your choice of course you could even be a florist by Christmas!
3-month intensive program – last chance to be a Florist by Christmas!
6-month accelerated program – finish in April, a chance to work in February for Valentine’s Day!
9-month classic program – finish in July, which means you’ll be in the thick of it for Mother’s Day in May
