Advanced Design - Installations

You will create -  

Day 1 

Design 1 – Floor Garden 

A mix of design and nature. Using seasonal materials, and sustainable mechanics, we will create a floor garden landscape. Suitable for a ceremony, product launch, or set styling.  

Design 2 – Floral Columns 

Freestanding for when you can’t hang or attach your design to a wall or ceiling. Perfect for creating a backdrop, loveseat, or photo feature area.  

Day 2 

Design 1 – Hanging Sculpture 

Using a mass of floral materials, we will create a textural sculptured design that is distinctive and eye-catching. Suspended to appear floating, this design is perfect for a ceremony or art installation. 

Design 2 – Hanging Garden 

An impactful hanging design using foliage and interesting botanical materials, a show-stopping design full of depth and interest. This stunning design is suitable for a celebration or artful installation.  

This is a hands-on practical class with expert tuition from a senior designer. Throughout the day, many discussions will be held, including pricing and quoting on large-scale installation design, using suitable materials and mechanics so that the design will last for the event, is structurally sound, and looks fabulous. 

All materials are provided, and work will be in groups to maximise the use of large quantities of flowers. 

Held in our beautiful Stanmore location, this gorgeous light filled room is perfect for capturing stunning images of your designs on the day.  

Session Times:  10am - 4pm  

This workshop runs for 2 day and is ideal for florists of all levels.
